Meri detail mein complain with screenshots pdf mein attached hai. Please review karlijiye. Mein Jazz Monthly Supreme Package (525 rupees) use kar rahi hu. Mera previous internet 8th Sept 2021 7:42pm pe expire hona tha. Meray account mein 700 rupees meine recharge karwa liye thay. 8th Sept 2021 ko 7:20pm pe meine resubscribe kya you Jazz World App pe technical issue ka error aaya (screenshots attached). Meine buhat baar resubscribe ki koshish ki magar har baar message aaya kay jazz technical issue face kar raha hai, kuch deir baad try karey. Meine Mobile restart bhi kya, meine Jazz World App ki jaga *117*32# (jo kay jazz monthly supreme resubscribe ka code hai) dial kya magar package resubscribe nahi hua. Meine 111, 3111, aur 111 300 300 par bhi call ki. 111 300 300 pe meri customer care person se baat hougaee. Oos ne mjhey kaha kay jazz platform pe kuch technical issue araha hai. woh yahan se package resubscribe kar raha hai mera aur saath previous gbs bhi add houjaeygy. Call end kay baad bhi mera package resubscribe nahi hua. 7:42 se oper hougaey thay. Meri Jazz World App pe continously previous gbs hi likhay arahay thay. Meine notice kya mera mobile data kay naam par balance deduct houraha hai. Meine phir helpline call ki. Mjhey btaya gaya kay koi bhi resubscription nahi hui hai. Person ne kaha woh complain submit kar raha hai, package resubscribe bhi kar raha hai aur thodi deir mein mjhey call aajaeygi aur message bhi aajaeyga. Ooski call end kay baad bhi kuch nahi hua. Is beech bhi meine resubscribe ki buhat koshish ki magar resubscibe nahi hua. 10:30 pe tung aakar mein resubscribe ki dobara koshish ki tou resubscribe hougya magar meray 18.09 previous gbs chori karliey gaey. Sir, aap bataey mera kya qasoor hai? Agar Jazz ka khud technical issues aarahy thay tou is mein meray 18.09GBs kyu chori kiye gaey? aur phone calls pe 18 rupess 28 rupees lag gaey. Meray paas 700 mein se sirf 15 rupees bach gaey. Please meray previous 18.09 gbs mjhey wapis karwa dey aur jo mobile data kay naam par aur helpline calls pe 18 aur 28 rupees tak deduct kiye gaey woh please refund karwadey. Meray paas saray timings etc kay screenshots available hain. Meray paas detail mein pdf hai magar pdf attach karnay par complain submit nahi hourahi hai. Meray paas more than 10 screenshots hain as proof kay jazz kay technical issues ki wajah se mein internet expiry time se pehly resubscribe kar kay apnay previous 18.09 gbs nahi secure kar paaee.
