They have subscribed hungama offer on my mobile number which cost 24 rupees twice. So totally it cost me 48 rupees and they haven’t given me any refund. And I have called several times the helpline to talk to customer service representative but they are not receiving the call and that cost me another 3-5 rupees.

How to file a complaint against Mobilink/Jazz?
* Go to page
* Write Mobilink/Jazz in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Mobilink/Jazz.
It has started again… Hungama package was activated without applying and i launched a complaint with jazz to refund my balance… Thy deactivated the offer but gave no refund saying there is no refund policy of jazz…
Pathetic policy of jazz…
Needs serious improvement of these issues which are tarnishing the name of a big pakistani company….
Jazz should look into it…
