Hi,
Before proceeding to Canada, I was told that I have Package Plan M-100 for which I will be charged Rs 100 per month on Roaming which includes incoming texts free, incoming calls free (if I don’t pick up phone), no charges if I don’t use data but Mobilink has billed me Rs 1094.00 which is unjustified. The reason is without our permission, Jazz is selling/commercializing our Mobile numbers to commercial businesses. They call us and texts us frequently. My submission is please all these Service providers should be directed to keep our privacy and don’t give our mobile numbers to the advertising companies/ commercial businesses. and Jazz may be directed that the amount Rs 994.00 overcharged should be refunded.
