I am doing my own business and i open my COD account so two days ago i sent my parcel to multan which is tracking number is this 776220000004 and rider number 03028614482 i calling from two days even he didn’t pick my call also not pick the call from customer number. Yesterday i sent parcel to rawalpindi and tracking number is 776220000005 and rider number is 03028614549 and same behavior like multan rider not picking my call and not even response. I am very tense because of your riders behavior’s my customers complain their bad attitude. Now rawalpindi rider cut my call and switch off his number. I think i should open account in leopard because at least they listen my voice and respond timely. I also many time head office at this number 021111123456 but i am not satisfied.
Same thing happened with me. Received call from rider 03028614482 asking where to deliver the letter. I told him to deliver the letter at the address provided on the envelop. It is now 4 days he has not delivered. I sent my office boy to TCS office, they did not give the letter. We told them to kindly deliver the letter at the address instead. After 4 days, I am dialing this number but the number is invalid. Please stop using TCS…It is now highly unreliable company.
