I complaint several time to you but o action was taken yet. My mobile parcel deliberately hold at tcs office kohat without any reason. Our near tcs office is thall city. But kohat office not deliver my parcel to thall city. Because thall tcs office deliver me my parcel to parachinar city from fast one year. But now kohat tcs office not send my parcel to thall tcs office due to which i receive my parcel very late. Please this is my 9th and 10th complaint to you about this issue but kohat tcs office say you that parachinar is not our service area which is totally lie because from fast one year i receive my parcel on time. But this issue is just from one month. Please solve this issue urgently.
