I did internet package weekly mega bundle through easy paisa app yesterday but my net is not working While easy paisa has been send confirmation of the package and my balance is deducted.. please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have confirmed from Jazz Helpline that no package has been activated on my number while EasyPay I have received confirmation notification that the package is done.If my package issue is not resolved, I will complain further And I will not use this service either When the money will be deducted from my easy money account, why was my package not packaged? No action is being taken on the complaint lodged on easy money and no representative is being consulted on the call.
Kindly sotout this issue as soon as possible. My package must be activated or my balance will be refunded
