Dear Manager UBL
i am personal visit ATM Machine UBL Shahre-e-Tufail Lahore Cantt Branch today 9 AM dated 03-01-2016 butt machine is not working due to replacement of cash under process. again i am visit 12 AM butt message same pasted. i am called UBL Bank Phone 03.20 PM at Phone No.042-36680933. Mr. Ali attend the call and he said machine ATM working properly please use it.
I went to the UBL ATM machine butt Machine not working properly.I contact with Mr Ali at Phone No.042-36680933 he said state bank not provide cash. i am helpless. his behavior not good.he misbehaved me .I am UBL customer since 16 Years in this bank.My account NO.10067520 bank code 1121.Please take action against Mr. Ali.
