GOONDA CAR PAKING TAX
AT EID SHOPPING CENTRES

It is always every year at EID SHOPPING CENTRES, that GOONDA TYPES Criminal Persons ( Fully encouraging & Backing by MNAs and sourceful politicians of the areas) are charging CAR PARKING TAX forcibly from car owners without any permission & Authority letter of DCO .
Similarly Such Goonda Types Mafia are also not giving any proper & Authentic receipt of receiving of Car Parking fee. To car owners
if any body ask them to show the order of the local Administeration, they misbehaved with car owners & always come to blow and beat the car owner and they break the wind screen of the car just like GULLO BUTT. I myself have observed One such incident a few years ago i which was occurred a few years ago at commercial Market near NADRA office St/Town Rawalpindi.
In this regard I want to inform the federal Minister of Interior & all the chief secretaries of the provinces that no any Law Obeying Sharif citizen is objecting in paying any justified government tax, tool tax & car parking fees to the Government of Pakistan but the Good Citizens of Pakistan are requesting that
1)- Any public servant should respect the Good SHARIF Citizens of Pakistan
2)- That a Proper PUCCA NOTICE BOARD of the order of the recovery of the such TOOL TAX, CAR PARKING TAX etc should be clearly painted on Such Notice Board at the sites concerned.
3)- The Private contractor & Goonda types persons are not authorized to collect any Tool Tax , car parking fees .
4)- That the officially staff of traffic police in officially uniforms and Badges of names should be deployed for the recovery of such tool tax, Car Parking Tax etc from the car owners in most politely ways .
5) Similarly a proper receipts of receiving of such car parking fees ( alongwith E.Mail Phone Nos of DCO & SP of the areas should be mentioned on the back side of the Receipts ) should be delivered to car owners with thank
6)- That if any unauthorized contractor and criminal Goonda type person is found in receiving such car parking fees forcibly from any Car owners without proper permission of the DCO, then such person should at once be arrested and imprison him for 20 years in jail. Similarly , The seat of member of National Assembly should be declared disqualified for ever on account of backing and encouraging the bsad activities of the hired criminal persons.
7)- That in a nut shell, I am of the views that it is the utmost responsibility of the government of this Islamic country of Pakistan to crush all the bad types of activities of the GOONDA GARDI persons as well as the heinous crimes of the criminal persons . If such bad activities of the criminal persons have been remained in this Islamic country of Pakistan , then a severe AAZAB of ALLAH can be revealed soon at any time by the BUD DUHA of the peoples of Pakistan.
I hope that the Federal minister of interior will crush all the bad activities of the criminal persons of this Islamic country of Pakistan and will take drastic action against all the illegal car paeking owner who are receiving goonda rax from Sharif citizen of Pakistan.
