Today 31 march 2020 I got pracel from tcs couiour from a fraud company which is using tcs courier in their FAKE work. The courier person didn’t take my signature on the congisment page. And take the money and went .. when I open the parcel I was surprised to see the product it was fake. I order mini projector format kid but it was old dirty used women perfume. Cuz of Corona virus first I clean it for this I open it. I mailed and called tcs concern. Some hasham mailed and I was surprised to see his mailed and respond that he is not taking the owner ship. I told him that the payment is with you today so stop the payment. I have provide all proofs in y emails.but sorry to say tcs is not like this company.ITS NOT A MATTER OF RS 2000. BUT THESE PEOPLE MUST BE PUNISHED.
It is requested to resolve my query ASAP.
