We had purchased a ladies Shoes from Metro Shoes PWD Housing Society Islamabad Branch on 23 August 2016 in Rs. 1230/-. The stip of shoe came out of the base during first use.
We were told by the salesman that the Shoes has two months free sevice in case of any such issue. So we had given it for repair on 28 August and got it back on 2 September and the sales man ensured us that now it will not happen again.
But again after few days, the stip of shoe again came out. But this time the outlet represetative is refusing to provide us the service wherease the shoe has not been used even for a few days.
