Dear. Sir,, it is stated that according to SOP of. Wapda there is a sanction strength of. Each .sub.division which is 75 strength per 21000 connection.
Sir, these 75 subardinates are including

Now a days staff is not full as per sanction strength. ,,but. Connection is 38000 instead of. 21000
Chief Executive officer MEPCO has assigned the duties of. All Ls 24hours ,,, 12hrs at. Office duty.
And night 12 hrs. At. Grid station
In this way how a LS CAN perform the duty efficiently.
And. Higher office is also pressing very hard to. Achieve targets of recovery & losses and requires 100% result ,,
In Any way ,we charge detection against life line. Consumer and against whos FPA is. Due.
We charge units against fpa.
Which recovery not. Receive.
Sir, 1-. LS IS working of 4. and. 5 men.
How we can still alive as working like this 24 hours.
No.saturday sunday off No.any gusted vecation for us.
And no over time , off day wages.
Staff is not available for working,
At one. Feeder there is. Only 1 line man
How can we restore the supply. Like paris in this way.
