MCB has transferred 90 of its branches and renamed them MCB Islamic bank without notifying its customers. They have closed those accounts expired ATM cards and didn’t even bother to tell anyone. Its been two months and I have not been able to do any transaction because they have not updated their database and MCB Islamic bank is not existing in any database in any other bank. Whenever I cll the customer service they blame the branch and when I go to bank they blame the helpline. Worst services ever.
