As a MCB customer for over 30 years, I have become extremely dissatisfied with the current branch manager (Waheed) at MCB DINA in Jhelum.
He is uncooperative, fails to respond to emails and unhelpful. I am a U.K. Resident, and have been chasing up a new cheque book for the past eight months, but with no joy. The Manager makes assurances and then fails to deliver. He requested a number of documents, attested by the Consulate, which was promptly sent. Despite numerous phone calls and emails he has failed to help and as yet I have not received the document.
His service is very poor and a major negative reflection of this institution.
Who shall I approach in the head office to address this issue?
