Un fortunately ,my ATM card blocked as intimated by the relevant branch MCB MCC Branch Melody Islamabad.I have applied at my branch on 03rd October 2016.They advised me that i may also contact 021 111000622 for re-activation.From that day, I am trying to contact on 021-111000622 via my mobile but sorry to say that I attempted about 20 times….but not succeeded to contact at helpline…….. due to different types of announcements. Please keep it accurate ur helpline system.I only on day succeeded to contact banker… but she intimated that system is off; try to contact after 2 hours; from that time i am contacting at helpline but in vain.please let me know ;what woul;d I do?
