Dear sir/madam: With reference to my atm transaction dated 3 oct 2015 at around 4 pm i would like to draw your attention towards the matter that yesterday i made a transaction from nationals banks atm where the transaction amout was never withdrawn whereas my account was deducted with the same amount .. Since then i have made 8 calls to MCB help line but still i have failed to lodge a complaint against it. Sometimes my call is dropped or some time they say that they r facing server issues and if i am able to get accross this, they transfer my call to atm claim department where i only end up waiting for additional 20min and then i am told that we have some technical issues , so it would be better if i can call tomorrow morning .I would like to draw your attention towards this matter as this amount is of utmost importance to me due to the fact that i need this amount to pay my exam fees of CA .
