Hello complaint team,
I have send my marriage certificate through TCS from sowari(buner) branch to be attested from MOFA as at that time all the documents required (original marriage certificate, CNIC. Copy of bride and groom) were given by hand to Rafiullah person in charge over there but the documents came back saying that the bride’s CNIC copy is missing, 1000 rs were charged from me saying that it’s of insurance and courier charges.
I’ll attach the copy of documents given at that time but the fault was from the service department
This is regarding for the refunds as said by the customer service (Rafiullah) that I’ll be given a OTP code for the refund, kindly do the needful.
