My parcel from DARAZ received ti charsadda TCS office on 5.5.2021 but till now the same was not received to me, i visited the office but the manager and staff told me that your parcel is delivered to delivery boy but when i asked from him, he told that the is laying there. Sir, thia act of staff and manager of TCS charsadda branch amounts to bad effect on your courier service.
