I purchased a TV on 16 May 2021 from Carrefour Pakistan using MAFCarrefour app. The order was processed immediately and my credit card was charged. However, as of today 25 May 2021, there is no update on status and status showing “processing”.
I emailed their customer service but got same auto reply each time. Their e-commerce customer service number js never attended despite many attempts during their working hours.
They are neither canceling my order and refund, nor delivering the item. My credit card payment is due in next 15 days. They are just holding my money!
Worst form of customer service.
