Dear sir/madam
I am Asif Mehmood from Rawalpindi. I am 8 years old customer of HBL. I have salary account in foreing office branch Islamabad. Know i decided to close my hbl account due to having bad experience of your services.
In bellow i am going to write detail of my bad experience i hope you will at least read it.
I am very disappointed after having your customer care services. I am facing this experience with you from last 4 month. I apply for loan several times in these 4 month because i need some money urgently so i plan to give a application for salary loan from HBL. From this bad day when i chose you for apply loan till to date i am facing your bad services badly. Can you imagine my Loan application rejected saveral time and nobody tell me reason that why i am rejected. I called on your help line 051-111111425 and 021-111111425 a lot of times in this 4 month for detail of my application but receive only one simple answer please contact your branch. I request them that i am facing this problem for a long time kindly give me online complaint web url or any contact number from where i can complaint about this problem but your helpline member just ask that there is no complaint system in HBL no online query system in HBL you have to contact your branch office. Dear Sir/ Madam if your helpline member can’t help customer and even they cannot able to forward our complaint to concern department then why you open these stupid online customer care is this customer care services.
Ok after telling of your helpline represents i contact the branch from where i apply for loan. They also don’t tell me the reason they just ask me ok don’t worry i will send your application again and it will be approved in 2 days but these 2 days is not come till todate. After a long effort i come to know that my application is rejected in verification. I am surprised that i am 8 years old customer working in NADRA Islamabad. You have verify my two witness which i provide you on loan application form you can verify my account history that i get pay from Nadra as employ through your bank. You can physically verify my employment status from Nadra HR Department RHO G/10 markaz Islamabad or Nadra Service Center Blue Area ISB. Then why you rejected me several time. shame on you and your services.
At the end of day Thanks Allah through google search i find this complaint system URL. I don’t know this will work or not but i am writing you with hope and this is my first and last complaint if you don’t resolve it i will close my HBL account and open my account to any other bank. I will close my 8 years relation with HBL after having a bad experience.
