We are residents of 35-A PIA Employees Cooperative Housing Society Lahore.
We are having repeated long breakdowns in our cable television service. Each such
breakdown lasts for days. All the channels are totally gone whenever this problem occurs.
This has already happened a few times during the past 1 to 2 months. The bill mentions
the name ‘LNC Cable Network’.
Each such breakdown takes days to be fixed. No technicians comes to attend
our complaint for days despite making repeated phone calls. We have to make
repeated phone calls always to be told that the technician will come to us in matter
of hours. But this doesn’t happen and technician comes to us after days have passed.
So we miss all important television program for days every time this happens.
We always pay our cable bill on time.
At present time, our cable television service is gone yet again.
Please attend to this problem immediately. We will be very thankful to you
for your help.
