Lineman & DSL Installer Complaint regarding false commitment
Respected Sir,
It is stated that the Lineman and DSL Installer both persons are responsible for all kind of PTCL loss
Because I asked lineman to change Wire on my DSL 8mb 4290050
Earlier I was using 12mb and due to bad reception and disconnectivity I downgrade Package to 8mb
Now; I’m facing disconnecting issue still after 2 months. So, my past experience was not good with PTCL.
Reason I have told you above; I’m a gamer and sharing Internet in all my House which I have using on
2/3 laptops and Smart TV Promo app which consume more than 8mb, *My Requirement is 20mb* which is
Not possible in this life.
Sir, With Respect please Fire both the persons
1. Lineman (Muhammad Boota)
2. DSL Installer (Sajid Hamza)
I am taking fully responsibility for this action; in the end Lineman take 3000rs charges for wire change on 4290050
Its been 7 day I’m waiting for him to change.
I have call history and miscalls history; which I will share in the mean time, if necessary.
