Consumer namely Sufi Rao Mohammad Tahseen Near Noori Mosque Chak No.44/GD under Gogera Sub Division Okara Division is using AC but two meters installed and no AC consumption on any meter. He is stealing energy with the assistance of local Wapda officials.
