Dear Concern

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I have encountered with Leopards courier service, and I humbly request your assistance in resolving the matter promptly.

The incident revolves around an online order that my wife, Mrs. Umair, and I placed through Leopards courier service. The package was sent by [sender’s details mentioned in the attachments], but upon receipt, we discovered that the delivered item was entirely different from what was ordered. We firmly believe that the sender may have attempted fraudulent behavior.

Upon identifying the error, we immediately contacted Leopards customer support via both phone call and email to register our complaint. During the initial conversation with their representative, I was informed that the amount for the order would be withheld for a week before being settled with the sender. Furthermore, I was assured that our complaint would be thoroughly investigated, and the refund would be issued to us directly, bypassing the sender. To initiate the refund process, I was instructed to return the incorrect products along with the delivery receipt as proof of the error. The customer service representative mentioned that the standard resolution time for complaints is 15 to 20 working days.

Unfortunately, I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of customer service and the resolution process that Leopards courier service has provided. Despite making numerous follow-ups and sending email reminders, there has been no tangible progress in resolving our complaint. Each time I have contacted them, they have promised to respond within two days, yet, as of today, we have not received any concrete resolution.

As a middle-class individual, every penny holds great value for us. The relentless pursuit of a resolution has led to significant expenses on my part, and still, there is no indication of a refund, despite their commitment to it. All these facts can be substantiated by the call records of their call center.

Considering the gravity of the situation, I earnestly request the esteemed federal institution to intervene on my behalf and facilitate the expedited refund of my hard-earned money. I believe that the Federal institution represents the last resort for me to seek a resolution to this matter.

Furthermore, I have also attached a chain of emails exchanged with Leopards customer support, showcasing our efforts to resolve the issue directly with them.

I sincerely implore your kind attention and swift action in this matter. Your intervention will not only restore our faith in fair business practices but also help us recover our financial loss. Your assistance in resolving this complaint will be highly appreciated.
