I dispatch my order on 11-November-2022 from garden town rider picked up the parcel and he didn’t tell me that the leopards courier don’t deliver the parcel on the given address. on 14-november-2022 i called the facility center and they told me they can’t deliver the mentioned addressed on 15-november-2022 they return the parcel to their kot lakhpath branch lahore. again i called and then they said your parcel has returned and it is in the kot lakhpat branch and it will deliver soon on the pick up point. so the parcel didn’t deliver. On 18th November i again call and they said the now the parcel is in their gulberg branch and you have to collect by yourself. First off all they shouldn’t have dispatch the parcel if they can’t deliver at lest they train their rider where they are actually delivering and the second thing is if the parcel return they should return it on the pick up point. And the most important thing their lame status against the tracking number that the address was wrong contact number was not mentioned i delivered many parcel on that address from other courier companies and they have delivered. Only leopard show these types of negligence and lame excuses shown on their tracking status. They just take delivery charges they don’t concerned about the customer’s problem. worst courier company i have ever seen in my experience.
