On 18 Feb 2023 I dispatched a parcel. On 20 Feb 2023 their website status was showing that the parcel is pending or their facility center. After too much complain and calling they said you have to collect the parcel from their facility center. I request them at least make a call to the consignee and guide their facility center address as he will collect his parcel, but they didn’t make a single call to the consignee. then I again called and took their facility center’s address and give it to the consignee, On 27-02-2023 the consignee went to their facility center and they didn’t the parcel to consignee and said they are not able to find his parcel they will call tomorrow when they found his parcel. now today on 28-02-2023 i made again call to their head office and they were telling a lie that they made a call to the consignee but they didn’t and still the consignee didn’t receive any call from them and still they are saying consignee go to the facility center and if he doesn’t get the parcel then again make call to the head office. Worstest service i have ever seen in my life. Very Irresponsible service they don’t care their customer they just take their money and then they don’t care the parcel lost or return useless service and its owner as well.
