Sir I have not received my parcel from leopard courior, few days ago I order a parcel, but leopard failed to receivede my parcel, few days ago I have received a msg from leopards “Your shipment from Mark Spark is on route under CN: KI192654933 and will be delivered shortly. Total Amount Due: Rs.1699 Leopards For inquiry call 111-300-786” after few days of this msg I received anoter msg from leopard “Dear Customer,Our rider has arrived at your location, please collect your shipment KI192654933. Riders contact: 000000000000000. Leopards Courier and after few hours I received msg Dear Customer,your shipment KI192654933 is on the way.Track Shipment: http://mite.one/ba47e0c. Riders contact: 000000000000000.Leopards Courier. UAN: 111-300-786, what a hell and what is this, I have no received any call from rider or company and see that no connect or cell number is entered in msg for delivery detailed from rider, I have no recieved Any call from compnay or rider for receving my parcel, after few hours I called to leopards helpline and asked our parcel, the representative told me I had to refused for parcel to our rider, how possible without Any commection to rider I refused for parcle, it’s a magic of leopard comapny or his riders, they frauds innocent Customer’s, and my complaint msg and nber is “A Complaint Id 369299 ref. to CN KI192654933 has been generated and will be resolved at the earliest. You may to contact us at 021111300786 Leopards Courier”, now till date 30.6.2022 I have not receivedy parcle and leopards failed to resolve my complaint, they wasted my time, kindly filed my complaint and take action against leopards and his rider.
