i ordered a gift from karachi to Alizai. before order i confirmed that the delivery can take place to Alizai so my order was going to be delivered through leopard courier service. now its been 5 days but my parcel is not delivered. they are delaying it in vain. i called them on their official number one of their representative give false promises and my parcel is in hangu and they are not going to deliver it to alizai. they show status of pending and held for self collection. its been two days my parcel is in hangu as i mentioned before that i have confirmed from their list that delivery can take place to alizai that’s why i placed the order .. i have made so many complaints but no positive results. they have wasted my time and money and have given me mental damage and torture and tension.
