I want to register complain regarding the poor service of your company regarding delivery of consignment. My consignment was booked on Jan 12th ,2023 from PATTOKI. But after passing 3 days I have-not yet received it. There are plants in the consignment & due to non-delivery of it, plant may get spoil & become useless. The consignment was received at M.B.Din center on Friday at 12:03 pm, but they failed to deliver it to me till Saturday. I tried to contact at courier center but they have not answered my call.
So, who will be responsible for my loss of an amount of 4000 Rupee. Secondly, the behavior of Malakwal courier center is also not good, last year they did the same thing & I have to bear loss of 5000 Rupee. Kindly take a serious notice on it, I have attached snap for the consignment.
