I operate an online store. On 19 July, 2023, I received an order from Karachi for a laptop worth 90, 000 pkr. The customer said that he’ll transfer payment once I’ve had submitted the parcel for delivery to leapord and the tracking ID is available online. I agreed and dispatched the parcel but the customer didn’t respond or transfer the payment. I contacted helpline of leapord first thing in the morning and cancelled the delivery at 9 a.m, 20 July, 2023. The customer representative assured me that the parcel was not dispatched, has been cancelled and the customer cannot call and resume delivery from his end. The online tracking showed ” Cancelled”. I called the customer representative again the next day to ask when I would receive my parcel, he said that the parcel has been shipped back to Lahore and can be available to recollect on 21 July, 2023.
I went to the leapord courier office on that day and demanded my parcel, upon entering the tracking ID, the parcel showed ” Delivered” and upon contacting the customer support, they told me there was a glitch on their system thats why the parcel was delivered amd not cancelled.
I’ve been going to their office for a week now, same old talks and no work os shown. They do not seemed interested in resolving my complaints amd just keep feeding me with empty words. The customer support staff also became quite rude and unprofessional when asked technical things.
I don’t know what to do now as I’m a student and used to do this business on debt bases. I do not have enough capital to pull of this debt and will have to shut down completely over this loss.
