Hi, myself M. Yasir. Yesterday I received a TCS courier of my laptop. Shipper take money of ho probook G4 model Which cost 33000 but he send me a cheap laptop of 15000 price, and now firstly he said that TCS person parcel you the wrong product because they pick and mark address details of customer by themselves. He is asking me for again shipping charges. Now he is not returning this back and threaten me that he will not give me the other one. This is my first experience with TCS online services Nd that is very bad. I will make an FIR against both of shipper and TCS person who send me this one.
