Dear Sir,
This complaint is being written with serious concern that i have traveled with your Airline flight KU – 203 Kuwait to Lahore on dated June 22 – 2017 My E- Ticket No is 229 4929604520 (for more detail kindly see attachments). Hence note that I have been suffered with huge panic while i knew at lahore air port that your baggage not delivered. Please Image yourself on my part when every thing what you are bringing for family & personal (All EID Stuff) and you went home with empty hand. Its Very very disappointment. In short you are requested to take immediate action and confirm my baggage till tomorrow.
Failing to receive you action will cause of all possible legal action.
Special Note; I am on short vacation and do not have even my clothes and personal use stuff so your kind action is requested.
