Dear management,
I had purchased an item through Draz.com through E-shipping at Islamabad. Today I received the parcel carrying the company name as Kind crockery Karachi, through a TCS guy Namely Wajid who was riding a bike No. AN 107 for which I have made video recording. My complaint is to verify first the Guy and attached shipment courier whether its from TCS office or not and the guy Mr. Wajid too. and the other request is that such fake companies are doing fraud using the good name of TCS company in Pakistan.
Its therefore requested that TCS should take action against such companies and should avoid booking parcels through them. I also keep reserve the right to go to FIA against that company and offer TCS to receive video of product and TCS rep from me if they are not from TCS than action shall be taken by TCS as someone is misusing the company name.
The TCS representative first called me through his mobile no.03102452277 and than on my inquiries he gave me his manager number which is 03184002210. I will request TCS to verify these details whether these are related to its Islamabad office or not and then black list the mentioned company who dispatched wrong item.
