My name is Bushra Bibi widow of Jumma. My husband had been died on 18.03.2020. My daughter Azmat Rubab is studying in class 9th. She was receiving stipend on her father name (Jumma on 0314-4905992). That Mobile number was registered on my husband name(Jumma). Now i have visited many times Mini Franchise regarding receiving my daughter stipend but they refused to pay the said stipend due to registered mobile number is of my husband.
you are requested to change my Gurdianship from Husband (Jumma) to me (Bushra Bibi).. I shall be very thankful to you for this favour.
