Aslam Alaikum, my name is Mushtaq Ahmad and I belong to Okara city of Pakistan. My daughter’s service card ( Khidmat Card) had an amount of Rs. 36,000, out of which I have withdrawn . i have recived Rs18,000 , my balance is 18,000 . but I am not able to receive the communication due to which some error or some problem is mentioned in my account, so even after filing a complaint repeatedly, the problem that is occurring in my account has not been resolved. It is requested that whatever kind of problem is faced in our account can be resolved as soon as possible so that I can receive the remaining amount which is 18,000 eighteen thousand rupees for the last four months.
