I’ve placed my order at KFC munnawar chowrangi branch, first I received confirmation msg then after 1 hour they cancelled the order. Worst service never going to order again.

How to file a complaint against KFC?

* Write KFC in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from KFC.
I have placed my order and received mail for order ID but after 30 mins I called on help line as haven’t received the confirmation message. After 30 mins they cancelled my order and nobody informed my about that.
The objection is security risk KFC did that two time and they even not describe the security risk.
It is very pathetic
