Assalam alaikum
it is precisely 1 o’ clock at night and my kids are starving and for this plight i hold KFC responsible. I, Mrs javeria haroon, ordered three rice and Spice through food panda at 19: 30 pm (dated 12- 08-22). The quantity was very less and the complaint was launched immediately. An assurance was given that it would be rectified in a few minutes time, owing to which neither the food that was delivered was touched nor was an order to any other food supplier was placed. Now the calender date has changed and numerous complaints have been launched while talking to call centre representatives named Mr Saad and Muhammad Abdullah (considering my experience, i do not feel confident that i was told the correct names as the staff despite repeated requests tried to refrain from giving their thoroguh introduction) to name a few.
I have spent more on my mobile balance to get my complaint registered than the actual cost of the food and the dilemma is that I and my kids are still starving. I am still at a loss to understand whether I should place an order elsewhere and feed my kids or wait for the food as I have always been told to wait, with a discourteous attitude of not replying back.
I AM THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
and the irony lies in the fact that while u sing anthems of “I am feeling good and celebrate our food”, I have felt betrayed and punished.
Lastly, I am writing this with a serious feeling of not being replied to.
