Its not my first time getting food delivered from KFC but the unprofessional behavior, unethical service, and sluggish infarct zero response has made it the worst experience ever.order got confirmed at 21:26 I called at 21:42 to reconfirm at 21:58 I got a message that my order is dispatched and then by calling at 22:14 I was reassured that my order is dispatched and will be with me in a while I was given the branch number to check and confirm the branch number was fictitious ,upon calling back again I was told that there was an operational mistake and my order was rescheduled and sent to Johar Town branch from Akbar Chowk Branch ,after 15 minutes when I called to check upon the status of order I was told my order was cancelled.Its highly unprofessional you have wasted the time as well as trust of the customer ,surely I wouldn’t like to order again after this kind of response from customer care department.
Sialkot Kfc service is bullshit service after I received my meal 30mints and all meal is like cold ice cream next time I will not visit Sialkot Kfc
Gujrat kfc service is very poor and sitting arrangement is very dirty and as per sop delivery time 15 minutes but order delivered after 35 minutes poor service poor service inshallah next time never visit in gujrat kfc
