Ordered a Zara dress from Kanwal Malik on September 27th. It’s now Nov 17th and still have no idea where the dress is and getting a run around from the customer service, after 7 and half weeks have already passed. After 6 weeks I was told it’s still in production when delivery timeframe was listed as 4 to 6 weeks. Over the last week I have called many times only for no one to answer and getting text that they are working on it. Being told that they will check with the production team and never getting back to me. After promising me it will be delivered 3 days ago and now saying it’s in transit.
Do NOT order clothes from this website they are horrible, no matter how good the clothes not worth it
