Respected department and officials,
I am valued customer of your company and I have two meters and III phase Electric connection billing Ac/N .00400015871308 Unfortunately my 01 phase meter connection not available since last two months 17/09/16 complaint registered on 118 ticket no.6005102886. Several time complaint reminder on 118 but not attend my complaint from K-Electric. Therefore my 01 meter closed since last 02 months therefore meter reading Unit above 1000 and billing amount more then 25000/= thousand .I requested again to resolve my complaint.
