K-Electric Complaints – Illegal and excessive billing in respect of Consumer No,AL881777
Dear Sir,
The K-Electric has issued an illegal bill of Rs.40403, along with an arrears amount of Rs.38421, The above billing is absolutely fictitious and baseless because i have not been issued any show cause notice.For the arrears amount of Rs.38421.The history of payment for six months is printed on the bill which has been regularly paid.and suddenly for this month, Jan-2017 a bill for Rs.40403, has been issued to without assigning any reason.Nor the detail of arrears has been provided to me.I have visited the K-Electric Billing Office of my area many times but they are instant on paying the bill and are ready to take the bill in installment but the installments are not the solution and are also THREATENING for the DISCONNECTION of my residence.The bill is issued for a Residential Premises and not for a Factor/Industry. Sir you will find that the above bill is quite unlawful, unfair and unreasonable by all means
kindly take some serious action.
