SUBJECT: COMPLAIN FOR NEW CONNECTION AGAINST K ELECTRIC OFFICE, GULISTAN-E-JOUHAR BRANCH
Respected Sir,
With reference to Account No. 0400003650608, we have already submitted estimate bill (47,914/ Rs) in June ,2016, Security deposit(6000/ Rs), and K –electric bill(40,000/Rs), but K Electric office, Gulistan-e-jouhar Branch haven not given new connection yet. Despite they send us again estimate bill (17,000) and K- electric Bill (16,000).In case we pay these expenditure again, they did not take responsibility for new connection. We complained many times at K-Electric office many times but all in vain.
Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible .We are obliged.
