Please note, I visited IBC with my bill but they informed the reason of miss-use and showed me a picture. Also making my bill in installment but Why I pay the amount that is not belong to me.
I also taken the same image of my meter . That is in this condition since 10 years, Why this was not pointed out from K-Electric end if this was a fault.
This is not the fault or any miss-use, I just moved the meter outside during my home construction before 10 years. There is not any lawbreaker from my end.
