I transferred Rs 13000 from my Jazzcash to bank account. The amount has been deducted from jazzcash account but didn’t credited to bank account.. What should I do now?

* Write Jazzcash in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Jazzcash.
Same issue is with me.
