i already have International Roaming on my postpait number i.e 0092 321 5100086 , when i reached my destination country ( FINLAND ) its hard to connect with the available network , when it’s connected only the demi signals shown on the screen, i didn’t recieve any call / sms from Pakistan and banking One time password or also when ever i want to call to any pakistan number the recording is ( this number is not allocated ) , also when i called to international JAZZ helpline the same recording. ( this number is not allocated )
i sent my brother to JAZZ Franchise ( jail road lahore ) they said chooose the network 1 by 1 and check sim will work. , your International Roaming already activated issued nit from our side check the network of FINLAND , really a pathetic answer by JAZZ franchise Employee
JAZZ just TAKING the International Roaming Charges from the customer and the Service is really pathetic
