Our consignment booked on 13th Dec, 2018 an it supposed to deliver on 14th Dec. Tracking no: 31400602892. In your Web site status showing that consignment at karachi. We have paid charges for overnight and they are saying it will be delivered tommorrow morning. Very poor service and very disappointed. Need to know the reason of delay and what action has been taken against staff who delay this shipement.
