It is humbly stated that I purchased a Mobile Phone IPhone xs Max 256GB from a Mobile Shop Vendor Name Kashif Nazeer S/O Nazeer Ahmed holding CNIC No. 36103-0537149-9 resident of a Khanewal City, Near Iqbal Flour Road, Mohalla Lakhar Mandi House No. 110, Khanewal City. Our deal was finalized on Wednesday 11th August 2021 in which Kashif Nazeer agreed to sell his mobile for 85000-/. Hence he told me to send him 3000-/ token Money so that he could reserve the mobile with TCS service for delivery after paying with half payment. As decided I paid him 3000/- for token money but in return he did not share or provide any Receipt or Consignment Number given by TCS. He further told me to pay him half payment so that he will deliver the mobile on same day and will take remaining amount after check warranty. Then as he told me I paid him 62000-/ and involved Police Officials so that he could not escape after getting money. I also complain regarding this issue to DPO Khanewal, DSP Saddar Khanewal and SHO Khanewal. The mobile seller also deceived police officer as he promised him that he will deliver mobile phone on Monday 16th August 2021. But again he did not share TCS slip/receipt till now and further demanded to pay remaining 15000-/ then he will deliver it. It is humbly requested to take stern action against him and as he is misleading me and police officers and wasting our time and he is seemed to be fraud and fake. Furthermore I have attached all the documents / evidences related to payment transferred to him.

I recently put my phone for sale on OLX and same person contacted me, he asked me to send the videos that I did and finally he said TCS the phone and send me slip I’ll transfer the amount.
I asked him to send me his ID which he did, luckily I have very good understanding of these fraudulents therefore, I put his data on Google search and landed on your complaint.
He’s doing this to everyone, i also contacted him i asked him to show me the phone I’ll check first then I’ll purchase it. He said i am not home I’ll tell you my shop address which he didn’t sent me and send me a fake card. I asked him like 100 times to send me the location and he didn’t so i got him and search his name on google and saw your complaint. Thank god i didn’t wasted my money and time. How cheap is this person is!
I talked him today. He did the same thing as you said. So i put his name in google to search his Facebook ID and found your message. He did gave his same ID card, Jazz cash, and bank Account.As soon as i sent your complaint to him, he immediately Blocked me.
The matter of police and FIR remained.The biggest loss of society becoming honest will be those who have installed laundries for washing sins. they will never want that.
