Dear Concern,last day ma apni family k sath imtiaz super market Fsd gya its not my first visit we are often visit it and feel pleasure but this was the worst even horrible experience and may not we visit it again in our life we purchase different items cloths and different daily use items same pay bills at two different counters at time of exit at bill checking point a lady & a stupid boy ask for bill checking its routine matter & nothing strange for us we show our bills they said why we not pay Bill of a T-shirt which is available in our cart we apologies and said we forget to hand it over at counter I took it with some other shirts for try but size is not fit to me one shirt I have been purchased and pay also rest of the shirts I put back in same shelf but unfortunately I miss this one we surrender back this shirt and apologies also but he insist to purchase it I told him it’s our mistake but yet not we make exit from store and final payment stamp on bill is not affix you please take it back and let’s us to go but he refused and misbehaving and also shows an attitude in front of many people’s I called to see store manager I get hipper also because he insulting me in front of my family the manager refer us to some other security department where a person hares us and after listening our point again impose his decision to make payment for it we said him again and again that it’s not my size which is fit to me I already purchased but he said purchase it and donate it it’s ramdan I said ok I pay for it and donate to you gays that’s totally a discouraging behaviour with client even I show my job card that I am a banker furthermore I show my imtiaz royalty card but all in vain my wife & daughters are shocked and take horrible impact even she feel insulted and feeling inferiority complex.
We hope that management of Imtiaz super market may take action against miss conducting staff because all what I say must have in cctv footage. If not may we see other available options.
