Again and again i have been complaining against non-delivery of electricity bills in our area, feeder alipur, sub division nilore, that we are not receiving our bills at our homes. the responsible person leaves the bills at shops and does not deliver the bills to the consumers. that causes grave inconvenience for the consumers of iesco. i contend that if a meter reader can go door to door, why on earth, the person responsible for delivering bills cannot go !!!
is there an authority who would look into this matter and rectify the deficiency????????
