Dear Sir,
I’m Qaiser Iqbal, I live in Muzaffarabad city,my house is located on sangri maira peerchansi road near PM house. I am ur customer. I have bought ur products from ur franchise “Pakistan hardware store ghari pan”Muzaffarabad. Your company representative Mr Shahzad made color scheme for my house. There 18 wooden doors n wooden wall panelings. I have used ur wooden polish products wooden celler, lacker and thinner.
All polish products cost is 80000 aprox. It is the good one. I decided to use ur exterior paint product as it will as good as wooden polish products was. Your representative recommended painter the color scheme n weather resistance paint. But awfully I was not good at all it is going fade day by day .I told ur representative about paint condition it getting worse although there is no passage of water passing. I complaint ur representative but they made no reply. My work is going delay due to ur response. I heard of ur well reputation so I used ur product. Your representative n franchise owner Mr Aslam also visited but they made no response. This complain is a mark on ur reputation. Kindly make reply on my mail or cell. Regards Qaiser Iqbal 03005105125
