I,m a vendor and captain in pakistan .my account is blocked due to cash issues. but, i had paid my half dues at 3 o clock .franchise man asked me that your account will open after 3-4 hours but now 6 hours has been passed but still no response.i called at different helpline and they asked me that they are no helpline for vendor and captian it was only for customers , they asked for to visit franchise.is any respect of vendor and caption in your company?? No helpline is present for vendor and captain .your helpline never listen us without any ride

Your basic earnings means are vendor and caption but there is no help for both of them
And for customers alot of helpline are presents.your first partners are captain and vendor but you gave more priority to customers .what does it actually means
I had booked three cars in careem .i invest my 30,0000 but i have no benefit of it.every vender and captain is facing the same problem
